Difficulty Purchasing an Arlo Subscription

Tried to subscribe to a subscription on various mobile browsers as well as desktop PC Chrome.  The issue is that the city field didn't auto-fill for me or prompt me to enter it, so until I finally noticed that city wasn't set, I wasn't able to subscribe and received no specific indication that city needed to be filled in.
