Like I said she can’t, if she goes to setting and my devices on browser this is just a list of the cameras not her phone, if she goes on iPhone app there is shared devices (cameras) and device order (what order you see cameras) that’s it!!

Have her

  1. press the profile icon on her app (not the browser) - this is in the upper left of the screen
  2. press "Privacy Center"
  3. select the "Account" tab at the top of the screen
  4. select "Available Geofence Devices"

Her current phone will be first, and will have a "Your Device" underneath.  If the name is not unique, she probably should rename it first.  Then she can remove all the other phones in the list.

You do that from your wife's account.

No you can’t, I’m sharing system with her account (grant access) she doesn’t even see all of the settings.

Your wife's duplicate devices do need to be done from her device.

To remove an authorized device from an Arlo account, an authorized user can do the following:

  1. Open the Arlo Secure app or log in to the Arlo account at my.arlo.com
  2. Click or tap Settings
  3. Click or tap My Devices and select the device to remove
  4. Scroll to the bottom of the page and click or tap Remove Device

To remove a trusted device, an authorized user can do the following:

  1. Open the Arlo Secure app or log in to my.arlo.com
  2. Click Settings > Profile > Login Settings > Two-Step-Verification > Edit > trashcan icon

To delete a friend from an Arlo account, an authorized user can do the following:

  1. Open the Arlo app or log in to the Arlo account at my.arlo.com
  2. Click or tap Settings
  3. Under Account, click or tap Grant Access
  4. Select a friend, and click or tap Edit
  5. Click or tap Delete Friend
  6. Click or tap Yes
