Are you able to login to your account on a mobile, if so you can see what contact entitlements your allowed by selecting the settings menu then support and then a camera to access the contact information.

Only real access is via Support...

 

DON'T try and google a phone number to talk to arlo as this usu leads to a scam site and they will want to charge you.
