I currently have 2 different accounts with 2 different subscriptions for 2 different homes.  How can I consolidate into 1 account with 2 locations and 2 subscriptions using the new UI?  Doesn't seem to be an option to cancel one and then start a new one under the same account?

The only way to do this is to remove all devices in one account, cancel any subscriptions in that account and perhaps delete the whole account. Then add the various devices as if new to the account that's left over. If you're using the new interface that uses Feed to view recordings, you should create a second location and add the devices there. You'll need to purchase a subscription for that new location (you can't move the existing sub to the new location).

Thanks and makes sense.  However, I am unable to find how to cancel account in old interface?  Will resubscribe adding a 2nd location in new interface.

Any advice on how to cancel in old interface?

I haven't been on the old interface for a long time so this may not work but you should be able to remove the account:

Thank you.  I think the issue is I paid annually so can't cancel, can only stop the renewal so either wait or eat the remaining cost.  Doesn't seem to be an option to credit the remaining.
