Cant end subscription

I cant end my subscription, does not work on mobile or PC.

I get to the last page where you can click "Agree and confirm cancellation" but the page just reloads and I can click it again and again. An orange bar with no text appears at the top, and there is a small text field with no text in the middle right above the buttons. Im so sick of this.

 

Here is what I am doing

Log in -> My arlo account -> Cancel Plan -> Secure multi -> Continue plan cancellation -> Decline offer and end plan -> Agree and confirm cancellation (doesnt work)

Can you please dm me a callback number as well as a good time to call. That way I can have support look into this further. You send a dm by clicking on the envelope icon on the top right of the forum page.If you don't see it, then go into your profile settings and select preferences, then "Private Messenger." Then select "Turn on private messages" if it is turned off.
