Cannot log in to my account and cannot contact support

Hello,

Since this morning I cannot log in to my account via either the app or the Web browser on a computer. I am sure the credentials are correct. I get a useless error message "Your log in attempt was unsuccessful. Please try again".

When I go to the support page, I can log in but I'm greeted with a message saying I am a Verisure customer so I need to talk to Verisure support. However I am not a Verisure customer. I tried sending an email to the address specified in the message: verisurearlosupport@arlo-europe.com

All of that to receive an automated response that this address is not in use. Great.

Can anyone from Arlo actually help with this?

Can you please dm me a callback number as well as a good time to call. That way I can have support look into this further. You send a dm by clicking on the envelope icon on the top right of the forum page.If you don't see it, then go into your profile settings and select preferences, then "Private Messenger." Then select "Turn on private messages" if it is turned off.

For other people's benefit, here is the status:

Login fixed itself after a while so it was an Arlo server problem, despite the status page showing green everywhere.

Still need assistance with my account marked as Verisyre customer.
