I've searched and read help and related past threads here on this topic such as https://kb.arlo.com/000063286/How-to-access-your-Arlo-Secure-subscription-billing-history-invoice-an...
without success.
I had an Arlo plan covering my mother's house earlier this year which I canceled after she passed and her house was sold. I'm trying to get access to those past invoices. I can login to my Arlo account but since I don't currently have a plan, neither the app nor webpage allow me to access any prior details.
Arlo also never emailed me any invoices so I don't have that history either, just the charges on my card.
How can I get my past billing details? As they say 'to add insult to injury' the Arlo chatbot / help app says I am 'ineligible' for live support since I don't have a plan and I only get messages like "After reviewing your account, it appears that you are not entitled to live agent support." and "Arlo service plan subscribers have priority access to live agent support."
