I can log into Arlo Secure with my phone, but I cannot login using my PC running Windows 11 and using Microsoft Edge as my browser.
When I enter my login information and select Enter, my screen flashes and returns me to the login screen. The flash looked like my camera names, but it was so fast, I couldn't be sure, so I videoed my next attempt in slow motion. By looking at the video, I confirmed that the cameras were mine. I have tried rebooting, clearing my cache, and verifying that I was not logged in the account on my phone.
Any suggestions as to what to try next?

Try another verification method.
Maybe also try Chrome and see if the behavior is different.

Thanks for the suggestion. I should have thought of trying that.
I tried Chrome and Firefox. Both of those came back with invalid username or password. I reset my Arlo password and tried again with the same result. I logged out of the Arlo app on my phone and logged back in using the same username and the new password and it opened without a problem.
Any other suggestions?

I am having the same issue. I've tried to access my.arlo.com from Chrome and Edge. I'm on Windows 10 Enterprise. I log in, it says 'Please wait', and then it returns to the login screen. Interestingly, I am able to successfully login from a Chrome browser from my home laptop which is running Windows 10 Home.

Just a SWAG but is the W10 Enterprise computer supplied by your company/IT? It could well be a setting for corporate reasons.
