Received invite from spouse for Arlo app. Upon research, I’ve noted that my UI shows the Library option at the bottom, not Feed. And, when opening library it shows recordings number, but they never show up. I am getting banner notifications however and when I click on them, it opens the app and sometimes I can view that video from the notice.

 

I’ve tried updating phone, restarting. Removing and re-downloading and more restarts, logging in online, but nothing works. It shows invite link has already been used as I selected it and see notifications, as mentioned above. How can I get the latest version with feed or what else can the problem be?

First double-check that your spouse's app shows Feed.

 

If it does, then you can migrate by going to "add device" and starting to add a Pro 5s camera.  Note you are just going through the motions, as you don't have a Pro 5s to onboard.  While the onboarding obviously can't be completed, the process will migrate your account to Feed.

This was great, it solved the issue as it kicked it into updating the app version. Thanks!
