CVR plan not working and timeline doesn't load

What kind of show are you guys running here? I pay you for 14 days of CVR and continuous recording and I am trying to go back a few days to retrieve some footage and I am not able to, all I get is some clumsy timeline that takes ages to load and then request timeouts. 

 

I have had an incident and I need the footage and your system cannot produce the footage I pay good money to have it working. Your support is totally useless as well. 

 

What can be done to get my video? Who can help me.

Do you experience the error every time you access the timeline? If you log in on a PC and use the web client, do you still experience the same behavior?

Yes @JamesC that is correct - happening every time, mac, windows and phone. My internet is fine, 2000/500 service.

We've not been able to reproduce this issue. Is this error still occurring when you try to access the CVR timeline?

Yes it does timeout randomly for some days and works for others. the camera is on 24/7 and has good hardwired connectivity. My internet is 2gb down / 500 up.

Not an issue with accessing the s3 buckets either where this is all stored
