Bug: No smart notification for Arlo Pro 5 Snapshot & no library zoom

Video smart notifications work fine, but I'm trying to save battery on a camera with the Snapshot only video mode, but when some movement creates a snapshot my mobile notification is just "Motion" and there's no photo preview - making this battery saving mode, this paid functionality being broken is very inconvenient.

Also, you can't zoom into Snapshots like you can videos. You have to download it to your phone to use a different app to zoom.

This is on Android. Is there a better way to report bugs like this?

Thanks, where do I request they add a static preview thumbnail feature instead for the battery saver mode snapshot?

Also the lack of a zoom on a static image definitely seems like a missing feature.
