I had a subscription that I want to cancel. My card on file to pay subscription expired. My cameras were blocked due to an unpaid balance. I want to pay my balance, cancel the subscription and have my cameras turned back on.

The cameras will still work without a subscription. However, some of the functions like cloud storage will be effected. Is your cameras not working at all?

You send a dm by clicking on the envelope icon on the top right of the forum page.If you don't see it, then go into your profile settings and select preferences, then "Private Messenger." Then select "Turn on private messages" if it is turned off.
