I recently changed the email associated with my account. I am still getting billed for my Arlo plan, but it has not been linked to this new email and therefore I’m not having any recordings.

Did you get a new account? Or just change the email address on the old one?
What do you mean by "linked to this new email"??? If you just changed the email address, the subscription, etc all remain the same. There is nothing to "link".
If on the other hand, you created a new account and moved the cameras to it, then you certainly would need to cancel the subscription and then subscribe again in the new account.
