- Still being charged for my service despite cancelling months ago. Now Arlo won’t allow me to speak with anyone because I am not subscribed to a service plan. And of course I cannot de link my card from the account anywhere. Illegal? Someone from Arlo needs to call me and remedy this ASAP.

Just had to set up a fraudulent charge block for Arlo with my credit card company. Hopefully Arlo does the right thing and contacts me to refund the fraudulent payments it took from me before legal action is necessary. What a horrible company this is.

This has been going on for some time, and shockingly, Arlo continues taking such payments without consumers knowing about it. There has never been an apology, and the response is reactive from this company, rather than proactive. You did the right thing by reporting this to your credit card company and you should also contact your local trading standards office to notify them.
