I have been auto playing for arlo subscription for recording on my cameras for several years. This month the subscription came out as usual but my account now says no plan and my cameras are not recording and when I try to talk to a live person the chat bot says I need a subscription to do that. I have paid the subscription why is it say I dont have one.

Support ended up taking care of it on the phone about 20min ago after I was finally able to find the support phone number. This number is not posted on the website. My recommendation is to add the support phone number directly on the website to avoid frustration by all parties

Can you please dm me a callback number as well as a good time to call. That way I can have support look into this further. You send a dm by clicking on the envelope icon on the top right of the forum page.If you don't see it, then go into your profile settings and select preferences, then "Private Messenger." Then select "Turn on private messages" if it is turned off.
