Arlo subscription renewal

Arlo never sent me a cloud subscription renewal notice after my old credit card on file needed to be updated!! I just realized that we had nothing in our library today and renewed our subscription, but there is some security footage that I desperately need to review from last Thursday, 06/15/23. Would Arlo per  chance still have any of my video stored for awhile in their servers?

Sorry, no. If you happened to have the cameras connected to a base or hub and had local recordings enabled, the recordings would be there. Cloud recordings would never have taken place.
