Arlo pro base station online everywhere except on one iphone where shows offline. We removed the app, delete the invited user and re-invited the user. There is nothing today, once the invitation is accepted and the user logs in the iPhone app, the base station is shown properly but offline. All cameras are visible though. On other iPhone (same brand, model and iOS version) and online the base station shows online. All devices are on the same Wifi.
I would appreciate any help. Thank you!

This is a bug in the friend account feature.
The only workaround I know of is to use the primary account credentials on all the phones. (Arlo used to only allow one login at a time, but they recently changed that).

All users must have the same user interface - the current app supports both the old UI that uses Library to view recordings as well as the new one that uses Feed. Thus, all users must see Library OR Feed. Any new user automatically gets The new UI (Feed) so all users must migrate to the new UI if that person really needs access.

I am not sure I understand. We all see the same UI. We all have the same version app and see all the cameras. The base station for the user invited shows as offline and geofencing does not work at all with this user.
