Hi ,

 

I recently upgraded the app and noticed the local recordings are not working anymore. Either it is not storing to local storage or not visible in the app. Does anyone has similar issue. Really appreciate your suggestions

What base do you have?

Are you getting an error, or just seeing no recordings?

Have you tried ejecting the storage and checking it on a PC?

Thanks for writing. I am not getting any errors. Base station is VMB5000.  I formatted the card since it was 99% full. Although it says it will delete the old videos as  storage falls below 20%. It should not have reached to its capacity anyway. I I’ll eject the card and try in PC but under storage settings in arlo app I see the available storage  is unchanged.
