Recently my Arlo camera stopped working, so I checked the base station and it said it was offline. After trying the normal restarts with no success I deleted the camera and base station, “forgot” the devices on my Orbi network, did a factory reset and set everything up again.

 

I have done this many times now and each time I can get the base station found by the app, sometimes the firmware update works but most times it is not successful, and every time the base station goes offline and can’t be found. The internet (middle) light on the base station is lit and flashes.  I also moved the base station, changed the Ethernet cable, and plugged directly into the router. 

 

Has anyone else had this problem? Any ideas to fix please?
