Arlo app mode not updated when system disarmed disarmed with keypad

I am having Arlo secure app issues.  If system is armed by putting in "Arm Home" mode, and then door entrance is opened.  If user then disarms system with keypad by putting system in Standby mode, Arlo app does not receive notification of mode change and still shows system being in "Arm Home ' mode.

This seems like a basic operation where the app behaves incorrectly. What   am I missing?

If you log out of the app and then log back in, do you still experience the same behavior?

Thanks for your response.  The Arlo app must have been in some sort of weird state as I am no longer able to reproduce this problem.
