I have the most updated version, 6.23.0, and my app will not go beyond the initial blue screen. I’ve tried offloading the data, uninstalling and re-installing multiple times. Had my wife send me a video to try and force it to load, it goes to the website and won’t even pull up the app. I get a pop up that says would like to send notifications and then this screen, and nothing.

I’m having the same problem since yesterday on my old iPad IOS 16. Updated app to the 30 version and got Arlo blue screen since from hell. Deleted that long used app and reinstalled from Apple Store — bupkiss. I have 7 weeks left on my paid annual subscription but I got no app that will start up.

there is no found support chat that I can access other than this reply.   No phone number or anything. I need someone at arlo to contact me and fix this BS.

If you are in the US or Canada, you can call  1-877-427-5680 between 6:00a.m. - 8:00p.m. PST

Are you able to log in on a PC (my.arlo.com)?

Ok, noted. TY SB Guru.

I have no PC and have been at my.arlo but unable to access anything of help there via my old iPad running on version 16 — the end of the support line for the OS.

when the app goes blank, seems folks get hung out to dry.

This is what I found that fixed it.

  • Turn on Airplane Mode and ensure your Wi-Fi is completely turned off.
  • Open the Arlo app. Since it's offline, it will usually bypass the corrupted data and prompt you to log in.
  • Enter your login credentials, then turn off Airplane Mode and reconnect to your Wi-Fi/cellular data

Dead in the water since the last app update on my iPhone.  Deleted app numerous times and reloaded.  Tapping app turns on blue screen; it goes away; and instead of launching the app it returns to the blue screen.

The Arlo team is aware of an issue causing the iOS app to crash on launch for some users with the recent version 6.30.0. This appears to primarily affect older iPhone models, including iPhone 8 and iPhone 11. We apologize for the inconvenience and are actively working on a fix.
