Arlo app crashes when opening on Pixel tablet

When trying to open the Arlo app on my pixel tablet the app crashes. Pixel tablet is running version 16.  I have cleared memory and cache and uninstalled the app and rebooted my device multiple times and the problem persists.

Yes, nothing changes.  Still crashes when opening app.

I have the same problem on a new Pixel 8 Pro. The app starts OK but after several seconds it stops regardless of where I am in the app. The app works fine on other Android devices. I have also taken all the steps mentioned in your initial post.

The app works fine for about 7 seconds and then minimizes off screen. It remains visible in the list of running apps but if restored again works for a further 7 seconds only.

I have the latest system updates applied to my Pixel 8 Pro and yes, I am still seeing the same behaviour. That is, the Arlo Secure app works fine for about 7 seconds and then minimizes off screen. It remains visible in the list of running apps but if restored again works for a further 7 seconds only.

I installed the update to Arlo Secure that became available today. I am pleased to report that the app no longer crashes on my Google Pixel 8 Pro 👌
