I live in Canada and I want to set up some cameras at our property in Costa Rica, but it doesn't appear CR is on the list of countries where this can be done. 

 

Can I set up the cameras on the platform here in Canada and then move them to Costa Rica and have them connect and record to the cloud? Or am I out of luck? If the latter, any recommendations for a provider with better coverage for their cloud recording?
