I redeemed an offer from email for Arlo Secure Plus Unlimited to keep my current pricing. It said: "By switching to an annual plan, you will enjoy the benefits of Arlo Secure 5 and retain your current monthly price of $12.99 (auto-billed annually at $155.89)." Then why does my online account say I am paying $229.37/yr?  

 

Does Arlo have an email address for customer support?  I don't see it. The chat puts me in circles. Useless.
