The Arlo Secure App has updated on my device and those belonging to my family. My access/plan and user functionality remains unchanged. My family were previously able to view devices and library sections as I had granted access
Since the Arlo Secure update, no devices are listed under their profile even though they still have access. I have tried restarting the app, logging out and back in on the other devices, removing access and sending new invites. Still no luck.
Oddly, they still receive notifications about the devices linked even though they don't appear to be there. Clicking on the notification let's them see the recording, however, both devices and library sections remains blank.

If you now see "Feed" and "Dashboard", then their accounts need to be migrated to "Feed".
You can force that migration by going into their account and starting to add a Pro 5s camera. While that can't be completed without the camera, the workflow will migrate your account before you get stuck.

They don't have those options in their app. I have checked and they have the same version. Have also tried reinstalling the app. Suggestions?
Regarding the forced migration, I have Arlo Pro 3s and a base station. Does that matter?

This worked. All other attempts failed to get a fix. Forces migration.
Even if app is updated it stays on old UI and remains blank. Trying to add the Arlo Pro 5s camera simply forces app to upgrade to new UI; simply a few clicks. Don't bother with adding devices or wifi connection after that, go back to home page and it's all back.
The change from library to feed is different but coupled with customisation and automation should be manageable.
Last check to do is testing away from home.
