Is anyone having issues accessing the Arlo Secure app? After being a member a few months I am wondering if this app will provide a 'secure' function to allow us to monitor our home and/or business. For the last 12 hours I have tried to contact support and get no feedback. Every time I try to log in using the app using IOS o Android it returns a message saying 'Your request has timed out'. It is not my internet because I am able to access other apps on the phones. It is not my login because I am able to post messages to this site. I started to notice this problem yesterday. Anyone else? thanks

Android is working here with no issues. Your login here has nothing to do with the app which is a totally different system.
Have you rebooted the phones and reinstalled the app? Have you tried both WiFi and cell service?

The app and browser both give me an error- going on 3 days now. Reinstalling, browsers, nothing fixes it.
