Arlo Secure Subscription Not Showing Up As Subsribed

I just subscribed for the Arlo Secure and added all of my cameras to the plan. The doorbell camera is not working and the subscription is not showing up under my plan. Has anyone else experienced this?

The plan will only show when logged in on the primary account. Are you logged in using a shared account or the primary account?
