Hello, 

I have a Verisure account which monitors my Arlo doorbell and I have purchased  2nd Gen indoor & outdoor cameras not from Verisure.

 

I can't get the feeds on the Arlo app as the plan is set up with Verisure. I wanted to know what I need to do to get the feeds on the Arlo app. I have tried to create another account and then send a people request to the account monitored by Verisure but it removes the feed from my doorbell. 

 

I want to know how can I get everything on one app and receive all of my feeds.

After you get the second account setup (with the new cameras installed) you would use this procedure:

What I am not sure of is whether the second account would bypass Verisure or not.

The second account removes the doorbell from devices which is with Verisure and replaces with the cameras.

 

When I remove the cameras from devices the doorbell appears again
