Very often when using different areas of Home Plus Unlimited, I'll get different error messages referencing Savant server problems. What's up?Arlo.png

Is this within the app or on a internet browser?

Do you see the same error on multiple browsers? have you tried to delete the cache and cookies to see if that helps?

Tested in Chrome and Edge today. Don't get the error everytime, but I did see it in both today. The error can change slightly, but all reference "savant" some way. Attached is a sample in Edge from today.

 

Just wondering if Arlo uses AWS? Problem seems to have started around the time Amazon Web Services went down a couple of days ago. 

 

Also started seeing the "Person Recognition isn’t supported in your location" today, but it does in the past and sometimes today.
