Upgraded phone to iPhone 14 Pro on IOS 16.1.2. Arlo Secure App version is 4.1 (build 5991).  I've deleted the Arlo Secure App and re-installed from App store and version still says it's 4.1 however the main screen still shows: "Devices, Library, Mode, Settings" at the bottom and is not the same as my spouses iPhone 14(non-pro) Arlo Secure App which the main screen shows: "Dashboard, Feed, Emergency, Devices, Routines."  This may be the reason that my spouse can't see any of the camera's despite sharing it with her.  This also impacts the Geo-fencing because it only detects the location of my phone and not hers.

Correct.  You can also migrate to "Feed" by starting to add a home security system or a Pro 5s camera to your account.  (Obviously you can't finish that, unless you own them).

That will resolve the sharing problem, but there are issues with Feed (including geofencing) that you'd need to live with for a while  Unfortunately there is no way back to "Library" once you migrate.

I AM HAVING THE SAME EXACT ISSUES!

Why would I have to purchase a home security device or more cameras when that isn't what I need?? I just need the doorbell camera to work for myself and my wife. I am the only one who can see it and my app won't update to the "feed" screen, even though we both show using the same firmware as 4.1. My app looks completely different than hers. Had I known that we wouldn't be able to both access the camera, I would have purchased a different brand. This is really frustrating and makes zero sense.

No one suggested that you should.

But if you have "Library" on your main menu, and need to migrate to "Feed" instead, then you have to "add device", and choose either the security system or pro 5s.  Obviously you don't complete the process, since you don't own them.  You just need to start it. The system won't find the device, so and when that happens you just cancel.

This is just a workaround method, so not intuitive at all.

Ahhh… got it … sorry, this has been so frustrating. I was able to update to “feed” but the other person is still not able to see the camera - what now?

How did they accept the invite?  Does it show up as accepted in your account?

If not, the most reliable path is to click on "Create Account" in the email on an PC.  That will open the browser to my.arlo.com.  If they already have an account, they can just log into it.

Yes - shows up as accepted in the app on both of our phones.

If you are both on Feed, then the account accessing the shared cameras will show two "home" locations.  One is the secondary account's home location (which will have no cameras), and one would be the primary account's home location.

Have you selected the appropriate location in the secondary account?
