After setting up and activating the new Arlo Security System, the App for iPhone no longer shows my Arlo Pro Cameras on the dashboard. When I try to add a card for them, it says I have a Base Station (which I have an active card for) and wants me to connect them to that, but they already are, and they are listed in the Card for the Base Station.  The only place I see them is in the settings for each Mode.  I can't go to the App and just check my cameras like I used to be able to.  The only way I can see them is in the HomeKit or online.

Strangely, I had to set up the cameras for each Mode online because the App didn't show them anywhere other than the Arm Away Mode so I couldn't add them to the other Modes.

As a side note, I'm aware there's an EOL on the Pro Cameras I have and I'm waiting on the arrival of the new Pro5s cameras to replace them, but I think this is an app issue more than anything else.

Are you still experiencing this issue?

Thanks

Sort of....
My new Pro 5's arrived and I connected them directly via wi-fi instead of the base station. They are now active in my app and I'm able to see them in my modes section in the App as well. Unfortunately, without the Base Station, I can't add them to my Homekit so I need to figure out what the issue is with that.

The original issue is pertaining the Pro cameras correct? Have you tried onboarding the Pro 5s cameras to the base station and the same issue occurred as the Pro cameras?

TBH, I haven't yet because I was just so glad to get them working on the App, but that's my next step to tackle this weekend. I'll keep you posted.
