It looks like I have the same issue that was posted here. @StephenB started to help the poster but they came up with a workaround and closed the post. The workaround doesn't really address the issue.

I had audio detection turned on for my Arlo Q camera. I subsequently enabled the New Arlo Experience. When I went to Routines | Modes and selected Arm Away, the camera had "When audio detected, Record and Notify", showing my previous setting was honored. When I click on the camera, I get the Edit Device Rules panel. However, the Audio Detection toggle is disabled. How can I enable the Audio detection toggle? Does the New Arlo Experience not allow changes to Audio Detection because this is a "legacy" device or is something else happening?

Are you seeing an i (with a circle around it) where you expect to see the toggle?

If so, press on the i, and you should be able to enable audio detection.

I appreciate the quick reply. I was using the web interface and didn't see any info icon, just the disabled button:

The good news is your question prompted me to use the Android app to see if there was a difference in behavior and I found that the Audio Detection toggle worked as expected. The web interface correctly shows the setting on the Device Rules list but, as shown above, the toggle is disabled and doesn't reflect the setting. It seems like this is just a limitation or bug in the web application. Thanks for your help.

I was going to reply to @A_Mc 's original thread but it looks like it is closed since the workaround was marked as a Solution. If they see this reply, maybe they can update their thread in case someone else comes across it.
