Arlo Pro - Recently one stopped taking/sending me pictures

I have four cameras. Recently one stopped taking/sending me pictures but it will still go into live mode when I hit the play button in the app. I've removed and reinstalled it and nothing has changed.

These are Arlo Pro cameras?  (not Pro 3 or Pro 4)?

 

Can you make a manual recording while livestreaming?
