Guys I need some assistance. In the UK the weather has been hot and my front of house camera seems to go to sleep post 2pm BST. Even though it’s hard wired in with an outdoor cable - I have to reset it daily.
The next odd thing is that all the thumbnails of the video previews have disappeared and now I cannot view any of the videos in the library and I’ve paid my subscription about 2 days ago as usual. Any ideas?

Have you tried disconnecting AC power to see what happens to the camera?
For the videos, have you rebooted the phone and reinstalled the app? Have you tried the web client (my.arlo.com)?
