Arlo Pro 2 - purchased secure pkg last May

I had purchased secure pkg last May. I noticed that my smart alerts were removed and my cameras I had set up. I spoke to support and they could not conclude what was happening and dropped it. I cancelled that secure package. Also on my dashboard, there is an orange dot on settings. Does anyone have or had this problem or know how to fix it?? Thank you

Have you checked the active cameras in Settings, Subscription, Manage Cameras?

 

The orange dot means there's something in Settings that hasn't been configured such a E911, Package Detection, etc. If you don't want to set them up, just ignore.
