Arlo App will not load past welcome screen.

The arlo app will not load past the welcome screen, I have tried all of the posts in relation to deleting icloud data. Deleting the app and re installing etc. No matter how many times this is done or the device is reset it will not work. Being used on an Iphone 13 pro max, we have never had an issue until now. Thanks for any help.

Have you tried restarting the phone, and putting it into airplane mode?  Then launch the app - it will give you an internet connection error.  Then take it out of airplane mode.
