Hi,
I have an Arlo 2 Go which I rely on LTE connecrion. Over 3 weeks ago it stopped working on LTE after a firmware update. I have spent many hours with support on this and no resolution. This included being sent a replacement camera and it had the same issue. WIFI works, but I have no wifi where it is installed. I have been told its an "engineering issue" and its with the engineering team but I have no idea of resolution date, only its a priority. As far as I am concerned the camera dossnt work and the whole experience has been extremely frustrating. I have prepaid for 12 months subscription which is not being used as I have no working camera, plus my remote shed has no security. Can you please refund the balance of my subscription. I am going to take the camera back to place of purchase as it doenst work and I need to purchase a different one. Chris

Does the camera work in a different location (either near where you want it mounted or elsewhere)? How is the signal strength from the nearest cell tower? Which provider are you using?
