After I updated I cannot see any shared devices yet the app Ida showing notifications. I’ve looked through all the menus and can’t see anyway to make the shared devices visible.

The primary account also needs to be updated in order for you to see the cameras.

No. Not yet. There’s another wrinkle that stops me from sharing my cameras as it worked so simply in the older version.
it just feels like they didn’t have enough use cases and didn’t unit test partially.

Not sure what you are trying to say.
- Existing friend accounts need to be using "Feed" in order to see your cameras again
- Existing accounts that share their cameras with you also need to need to be using "Feed"
The hack to force the migration is to go into "add device" and start to add a Pro 5s camera. That process can't be completed without the camera. But the workflow will migrate the account to "Feed" before you get stuck.
There is no way to go back to "Library", and there are some issues with "Feed" that folks need to be aware of.
- There are no custom modes. You can modify the three built-in modes, but you cannot create new ones
- The combination of geofencing+scheduling doesn't currently work
- People with a subscription and cameras in two separate locations will need to get a subscription for each location.

Ever since I updated to the new App the camera feed is very slow and sometimes alerts but no video, Also, the "Device" button just spins and no cams are displayed. How can I re install the old app as it worked fast and well.

Have you rebooted the phone and reinstalled the app to see if that helps first?

Ok. There is no consolidated view. You have to switch views. You now have to go into privacy and log out of all active sessions except the one your main device is using. You also have to name your phone or whatever main device you use so you can set up routines like geofencing.
so all the simple actions we had in the old app are gone and now it’s tedious and menu deep to get the same functionality back except for a single view of owned and shared cameras. That’s gone now.
