App says No Plan but I was just billed successfully

So I was billed on March 23, 2026, invoice marked paid March 24, and now my account says I have no plan when I have receipts. I’ve been paying for “Plus” and I noticed in the US it’s changed to Secure?! Not sure, but anyone else having this problem or can someone from Arlo contact me from Arlo directly?
