Anyone having issues with the Mobile App, more often than not, disconnecting an active live feed view then turning on the camera floodlight LED, then reconnecting?

 

Turning on the LED light is the key here.  I can understand disconnecting the live feed during a WiFi event, but it always turns on the LED light after losing connection.  Stopping and restarting live feed starts immediately and turns off the LED.  Happens with the Pro6 and Pro5.

 

This seems to be related to just the Mobile app.  Running live feed from the browser is fine and does not disconnect.  There are other issues with the browser like the spinning circle of doom and waiting 30 secs for the live feed to start, but it usually starts or not, but never turns on the LED light or disconnects while the feed does start.

Which devices is the affecting and is it occurring all the time?

I have had it happen with Pro6 and Pro5 cameras.

 

Doesn't happen all the time, but enough to wonder why so many times.  Happens at night or during the day.

To confirm, is this issue only occurring on the web portal, or does it happen on other browsers as well? Have you tried clearing your cache? If possible, could you also provide a screen recording of the issue?
