I'm on 6.5.2. App hasn't updated yet. Cameras are Pro 2. I set up a custom mode for one camera to be always on and it is set in the mode menu. However, it doesn't send notifications to my android phone. If I set the mode to schedule (9pm-5am) I get the notifications when the schedule starts. If I walk in front of the camera the blue led blinks, but no notification. The settings for this camera are the same as all the others. I haven't tried to hub reboot yet, so asking if there is anything else besides a reboot? Thanks.

Hi StephenB,

I logged into my Arlo app on my Ipad and changed two settings. I increased the sensitivity and in the what to detect setting I turned off all other things (I tried to find that setting again and I was unable to). In any event a truck drove past and I received the notification and video recorded. So, I went outside to check the sensitivity and it worked perfectly 😊. Thank you for responding and if you know where to look for the settings I mentioned please let me know.

Are you getting recordings with no notifications?  Or not getting either?

I am getting neither. Immediately after I set it up it responded with a notification and recording.

If you see "Feed' and "Dashboard" in your app menu, then navigate to the devices page and press the settings wheel for the camera.  You'll see a "Default Mode Settings" section there.

If you instead see "Library" in the app menu, then the settings are in the camera rules in the mode(s) you are using.  So you'd go to the "Modes" page, and then edit the mode(s).
