Hello 

 

I live in Dubai, UAE where secure plans are not available. I was wondering if anyone would know if I activating a plan in Italy and bring the CAMs back with me to Dubai the plan would work?

That should work but you may need to create a new account while in Italy, add the system to your new account and then transfer to Dubai. Note that you'll need an Italian credit card for subscriptions.
