After firmware update the mic is not working?

Hii support

After firmware update the mic is not working when I click mic in the Arlo secure app. But when I click live stream or play saved clips I can hear the voice only when I click mic to talk it's not functioning is the new update has bug or you need us to purchase new camera as the old firmware was working perfectly?! If there is no solution please provide the manual way to reinstall the previous firmware.

There hasn't been a firmware update for the Pro 2 since October 2021. You can check for yourself here:

The base stations recently have had an update but I wouldn't think that would have changed anything dealing with the mic. Have you rebooted the phone and reinstalled the app? Have you checked the phone settings for the app to ensure everything is enabled?
