So, a new thing is that before you answer a doorbell call, you have to first deal with an advert for subscription. Very clever (!)

Can you send me a screenshot of what you are seeing please?

It's not shown again for some reason. It had a range of Arlo devices at the top part of the screen, then a message that I could save on subscription (I can't remember if it was 20% or 40%), and two buttons in white, all against Arlo's blue background: one of them had 'purchase subscription' or something similar, whereas the other 'no thanks' or 'remind me later'. I'm afraid I can't remember exactly what it said. The advert would show as soon as you open the app (it did that several times), and then once I selected 'no thanks', it would show the dashboard. Then I got an Arlo audio doorbell call and the advert showed again instead of the usual call screen. I had to select 'no thank you' (or something similar) to be able to either answer or reject the Arlo audio doorbell call. If the ad shows again, I'll take a screenshot.

Here's the advert which obscures doorbell calls while it displays. In other words, while the phone is ringing with an Arlo doorbell call, when you try to answer it, this advert shows from time to time, making it difficult to answer the call because it's displayed over the call screen.

 

I understand that Arlo wants to promote its subscription, but with this advert displaying over the call screen is inconvenient and poor timing.
