Hi

I had a Secure subscription and 4 cameras. Now I have a 5th camera and want to add it to the subscription.

Before upgrading to Secure Plus, I had the option to manage which camera is in the subscription (naturally I couldn't add the 5th camera because Arlo Secure is limited to 4 cameras). Now that I upgraded to Secure Plus, the option is gone and I cannot manage which camera is in the subscription. So how do I add the camera so I actually get any benefit from the upgraded plan?

@mike5555:  Several subscription details do depend on the country.

Are you in Europe?  In Europe, the Secure multi-camera plan is limited to 4 cameras, Secure Plus is unlimited.

Assuming you have the multi-camera plan (NOT single camera plans) it's for unlimited cameras so you don't have add them to the sub - they're already there. If the new cameras is on a trial sub, wait for the trial to expire and it will automatically be added to your paid plan.

Ok, thanks.

La gestion des abonnements peut vite devenir confuse, un peu comme certaines offres dans les casinos en ligne. Une interface claire simplifie vraiment l’expérience utilisateur.
