I'm trying to reconnet one of my base station and  I can't please help!

Note this is a user-to-user forum, and users can't determine the camera model from the serial number.  If you want help here, you should post the camera model (NOT the H code) and base station model.  Also some more history on what happened.

 

If you have a subscription, you could also contact Arlo support through the app.
