Does this mean that for $9.99 per month per camera, the library will keep the videos for 14 days and then delete them and restart new recordings every 14 days?

You must be looking at something old or not Arlo's:

Single camera plans are $4.99 (US) and have 30 day storage. The storage simply removes the oldest day videos (30 days) so the current day's videos can be stored.
