Version 6.0.0

access to my library is gone,

Including port forwarding option.

 

This happened 2yrs ago when VERISURE  ”on their own” linked my Arlo system with their app.

 

 

So I called them but they said this was not the case this time. 

I also tried app 6.0.2, but there is nothing there either.. 

 

please advice…

Is this for iOS? I'm not aware of 6.0.2 for Android. Did you reboot the phone and reinstall the app? You mention "library" - are you still using the old UI that uses that to view recordings?

Sorry iOS 18.4.1 on 2 separate devices.


Yes I was using old UI until now,  

now both devices has latest 6.0.2 

 

just came of the phone with VERISURE and they would investigate.

 No, much more stable now.

it came and went numerous times.


I can now see the port forwarding settings and the stored content at home.

 

One thing remains, I can not see cloud stored videos that are shared with me from friend and remote units. 
Furthermore my friends don’t se videos that I share. 

I get all the notifications from all units but nothing is visible in UI.

Much more stable now,

It came and went a few times.

 

But now I can see my library remotely, and also port forwarding settings. 

The issue now is that I can’t see the remote cameras/files “pro2” in the cloud that are shared to me.

 

nor can friends se my shared cameras 

I get all the notifications, but nothing in the UI.

In order for this to work, all the accounts need to be using the same user interface - either all showing "Library" in the app menu, or all showing "Feed" and "Dashboard".

 

Can you check if that is the case?

that explains it, 

i humbly thought that the old shares would just work. 

my content is now visible to shared friends with new UI. 👍🏻


unfortunately I can’t test receiving feeds for now, 

1 unit is tied in with HomeAssistant system and we don want to experiment just now. 
the second unit I have to look at coming weekend.
