Hi,

 

wondering if anybody else experience the same: i’m from south africa an using arlo. They just increased pricing with 45% way more then any other country. In the meanwhile performance is going down. Speed is slower then ever video’s show up slowly.


This is not a happy combination. Any chance to do something about this?

Got an email that the monthly plan would increase by 4 dollars a months. Called them and was told if I pay annually it would not increase.  As a senior not impressed can't really afford to pay it annually. Also these cameras are useless in the cold. We had a really bad cold spell here and cameras didn't work for almost 2 weeks. Sorry now I ever bought this cameras.

Unfortunately the article you linked lacked pricing detail.  In one month I had three devices (end of life) which caused me to lose the free seven day cloud backup.  I was on the monthly plan so I let that one roll off my back, now this price increase all in about a month?  Forcing me to use a local back up if the annual plan is not reasonable.  Would have been helpful if the annual plan price was released when the rate hike was announced.
