1 Arlo Q and 2 Arlo Pros show offline requiring paid subscription despite having a paid subscription

I have a total of 11 cameras and pay for the Secure Unlimited Plus. I just changed over to paying annually Dec 3rd 2025 and that’s when the one Q and two Pros went inactive. I have an additional Q and several Pros that are working fine. I’ve restarted the base without success. Any advice?
